He actually was spot on. Go all in, win a Super Bowl. We don’t care about the 2027 cap.
Dallas hasn’t gone all in for many many years. At this point, being fiscally responsible hasn’t paid off. When is enough is enough?

Go spend! Trade draft capital to get players. What does it matter at this point? The problem with Dallas is that they hover around good enough, but haven’t burned it down and started all over.

All of us would take a SB like the Rams had and rebuild.

I’m not a total cap is a myth person but the truth is if you’re paying your own guys a lot of money and it’s so much money that you can’t participate in trades or free agency then your guys better be good enough to get you over the hump. If they can’t do it then you need to find new players to pay top dollar to.
The fact that the top valued team YoY isn’t willing to spend that money for talent says it all as far as where the priorities are

Jerry’s goal is to keep the team relevant and his stadium full. His current approach does exactly that. We are exactly what the NFL wants us to be. We are good enough to make the league money but not good enough to win anything. Like Dak is for example. He’s good enough to win 11 games but not 14. That is just how everyone wants it.

At 15:00 he outright lies. Philadelphia did not go out and "re-sign all of their guys". They were smart enough to trade for a future first to replace Hargrave with Jalen Carter. They made smart moves but they were forced to do so because of the cap.

If the offensive scheme is going to be this basic, then they need to go out and get a DUDE somewhere to make it work. Defense and special teams are good enough to win with. Dak is good enough too if you give him the right weapons to go with everything else. Championship windows don't just happen, they're created.
2016 team had generation OL and Zeke was a beast. That was our window, yet another 1-and-done.
Crucial 3rd and 5 couldn't convert, who was the QB?

"caps not real"
"green bay sucking because of cap problem"
well, which is it?
Of course, Cap is real. However a Football team is never a simple equation decided by a few parameters. If breaking the bank is the solution then there will be tons of teams doing it already. Just because Ram did it one year and worked does not mean it works on other teams. Plain and simple. Medidoits' job is to talk talk and talk, use your own judgment on how much you should accept.

Holy Bananas, do not even attempt to compare our cap mgmt to Philly. Philly let a pile of talent walk in the off, including Hargraves, Epps, TJ Edwards, Gardner-Johnson, Miles Sanders, and Seumalo.

That is why they can find the room to sign/trade for talent.

BTW, letting Seumalo walk is close to us letting Zach Martin walk. Know why they were able to do that? Because the Eagles "have more OLine depth than any team in the NFL." Not my words.

When Philly lets guys walk, they mostly have a replacement in place. Due to smart drafting and trading.
