HERE is the only thing you have to ask yourself when talking about the most valuable franchise in sports.

Would Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers, Stafford, Wilson, etc... win with this offense, this defense, this coaching staff?

If you say no... you are kidding yourself.

We could have had Stafford cheaper, and what do you think CeeDee and Amari's numbers would look like with him?
Stafford is a gunslinger. Moore wants to be a passing team. Stafford makes INTs here and there, but this defense gives
you plenty of chances.

Does anyone honestly think Amari and CeeDee are not "NFL Open" ??

Do you really think the QB play in Dallas justifies this?

Broaddus is right. Maybe Dak gets to that level eventually...but it is no guarantee. He may just peak at this level of QB and win a lot of regular season games in a weak division as a Top-15 QB but that's it. Dak was drafted to be a backup QB - he has already exceeded what his career arc should have been. The Bills were the next team to take a QB in the 4th round - they took Cardale Jones 4 picks after the Cowboys took Dak. I guarantee you if the Cowboys passed on Dak and the Bills ended up taking him instead, he might be out of the league by now just like Cardale or floating around trying to make a roster as a backup.

I'm listening now on the radio, Broaddus is questioning Dak's ability to "process" quickly enough against disguised looks. Said he's playing slow because of these new looks defenses are giving him. Says he's only letting it rip when there's a "free play" on an offside. Otherwise, he's playing slow.

This is the dirty secret of our offense for the last 2 months. Dak's brain is letting him (and the team) down. He is playing slow because he's processing slow. Read Amari's quote below, "play fast". Read between the lines...he's talking about Dak.

If everyone remembers, Prescot came out of college when a DUI he received in college. If you watch him play, he's too slow in his decision making and his passes are fricking terrible. 95% of his passes were off target which created all kinds of problems for the receivers. I personally believe Prescot might have a drinking problem and it's now affecting how he plays. Say what you want, but there's something here...................

That doesn't matter to the haters and their narrative and agenda's.
That is why they are fake fans IMO.
So you are calling me a fake fan? Let me get this straight?

Did anybody expect Brady to be a hall of famer his draft year? Did anybody expect Russ to be? Nobody, I mean nobody expected Dak to be, so why should we be considered haters? LOL, what an ignorant statement to make. There have been a tsunami of 1st round QB's who have failed, after being expected to be franchise QB's, so are fans of Sam Darnold haters now? The reality he is not, and likely will never meet up to expectations, and Dak is exactly what he was supposed to be....

This statement needs to die.

It is ridiculous. Romo was undrafted...Brady was a 6th round pick...Russell Wilson was a 3rd.

It means nothing. Especially after they have made multiple pro bowls, thrown for 4k, 30+ tds etc.
why does it need to die, when at this point it is not conjecture and not fact? If anybody expected him to be a hall of famer they were misguided. His pick wasn't a Jordan Love type of pick even, he was picked where he should have. How many rings did Tony win for us?

He is slow to read coverages and his foot work has alway been poor (which is accuracy) when in the pocket. He throws better on the run most of the time.

No we do not know that at all. Winning in Dallas would have been an even bigger feather in his hat and lord knows there is enough offensive talent on the roster for him to choose us over Tampa........... if Jerry had made a play for him. But, Jerry couldn't co-exist with Tom b/c he can't have someone else getting all the media love.
Even if he by some miracle came here, do you remember what the offensive line was like? No Tyron, no Collins, Steele was bad , Zach Martin in and out. Not only would he not win a chip here, but the way Andy Dalton got beat down and no running game , Tom would have been talking Retirement and had to wheel himself out of the stadium after 8 games.

Tom would have raised the level of everyone's play just like he did in NE and Tampa. He also gets rid of the ball and processes defenses a hell of a lot faster than Dak. To compare what he could have done here to Andy Dalton made me laugh.

But Dak says he's not in a slump......... he's just not playing his best football. He saves that for September and NFC East teams.

Don’t forget when teams haven’t figured out the Cowboys tendencies. The reality is, every offense gets figured out to an extent and it’s by the end of the season, when the elite QBs can compensate for this by firings rockets to their WRs in tight coverages.

Tony won nothing for us but it had 0 to do with his undrafted status. It had everything to do with the team around him.

I don’t think it’s his IQ.

I just think it’s his nature to play that brand of football.

He came into the league playing a safe brand of football and he doesn’t throw guys open. He sees them open and then releases.

Dak Haters are BOLD FACE LIARS......This was Game 1 2021 Season:lmao2::lmao2:

The idea was not to compare there abilities (clearly Andy Dalton is the better QB). My point was that the offensive line play was bad. Yes I definitely agree he gets rid of the ball fast but what are his struggles, when he gets pressure up the middle. A combo of Biadasz , Connor and injured Martin don't help any QB. We definitely have talent on the outside but I would question how effective he'd be with that crap line. The way the line played this year yeah, he'd be in the MVP conversation. But he'd half to survive that first year.
