Broaddus is likely right -- Jerry neutered MM as soon as he was signed on as HC. He wanted to make sure Kellen Moore was running the offense on his own. Big Mike helplessly obliged and now we're seeing the results.

The gimmick plays in the 1st quarter vs. Tampa signaled our fall. From there on, it was more of the same that continued. It's also fair to say that the Jones FO played a major role by fielding a lesser team for Moore to deal with. I see no silver lining in the clouds that Stephen tries to sell.

When your boss tells you someone else is going to be your OC, and it's not your decision even though you're an offensive coach, that's the message.

It's an example of why this dysfunctional franchise continues to struggle for postseason success. Head coaches who aren't desperate wouldn't even take the job.

They'd tell Jerry to shove it.

Both Reid & McVay do both. And they're brilliant at doing so. Dallas needs to move on from Moore. He's another one who doesn't deserve that big paycheck.

So he has been here 2 years and is a offensive coach, but does not know his own teams offense ?:eek::omg::huh::facepalm:
He should have learned it by now, and whats up with those play sheets he has during games? what is on those o_O
And if he wanted to take over he could install one of his own offenses from the past. and just have the players learn some each week,
it isnt rocket science.

MM said he went over call sheet with Kellen this week. That should put to bed any crazy idea he doesn’t know the plays.

It’s amazing how much Jason Garrett had imprinted on Kellen Moore- and even more amazing now big of a jackass Stephen jones is. Just had to throw that in there as Amari continues to play well. (He played well last week regardless of what stat only fans will tell you )

Actually most amazing are ppl that defended that trade and buy anything that the Jones spew.
