Broaddus says he was told by Cowboys that they would not take Hampton at 12

Taking Hunter out of it, as some will have him as a CB, the real debate is who is WR5 as everyone will have the first four the same just maybe not in the same order.

My WR5 is Jaylin Noel. Probably shouldn't have a slot/return guy that high but this is a weak group of WRs. I think the guy's going to be a dynamic playmaker in the NFL.
Seems to be between him and Jayden Higgins. Brugler has Noel at 42 overall and Higgins at 45.

I remember they did there draft rankings and had like three linebackers ahead of Parsons. Bolton and two guys that are out of the league. Jeff would never admit it but he thought Parsons was a healthy Jalon Smith. I don’t think Jeff thought Jalon was if he didn’t have drop foot. If you don’t shoe anything the first season Cavanagh and Lombardi are done with you. Mazi and Guyton are busts to them. They don’t care. Mingo needs to be cut in there eyes. They sound like our posters.
Well said. I'm with you. I think the players you mentioned will rise up and stop the detractors. Watch out for Mingo. If Daks healthy, and this kid hits the ground running, look out. He could be Jimmy Smith 2.0. that guy was written off and shocked everyone. I think Mingo with a good QB finally can be a good player. He was on a terrible team with a terrible QB. How can a wr do anything of the QB is trash? That's not on him.

Video linked at the comment.

Also noteworthy:

- He's got 15 1st round grades.

- He has Golden as his WR4, behind McMillan, Burden and Egbuka.

- Kaleb Johnson is his RB2.

- Notre Dame CB Benjamin Morrison is one of his 1st round grades.

- His board will be posted on the 105.3 website on draft week.

I’ll be interested to hear Broaddus’ flip when Dallas drafts Golden at 12.

I’ve already noticed a turn from Voch.

I think a CeeDee, Golden, Tolbert, Mingo, and Turpin receiving core would be as good of a receiving core as there is in the league. With CeeDee’s all around game and Golden’s speed everything will open up if they can run the football.

Tend to agree

I recall btw guys like Voch, Cavanaugh doubting Bo Nix would be good in the NFL.
Everyone did except for Cowturd. I just finished watching Milton’s combine highlights. He literally threw the ball 80 yards on a dime to receiver. It was an effortless throw as well. Milton has to be horrible at processing because his arm, size, and college stats are first round caliber. The combine show on Milton was eye popping.

Milton is good in a hurry up offensive scheme in a spread formation. Limit the thinking, space everything out, one read and sling it

I hear you but that is a big Red Flag that McDaniel didn’t even want to work with the kid. They practically gave him away.

Rumor is they didn’t want that competition over Mayes head.

They signed Dobbs who is a competent backup who won’t challenge Maye.

If Maye struggles, they won’t rush to put Dobbs in. If Milton was there, that puts Maye on a short leash.
