I think in the case of a tie, go with the coaches.

What do you mean by tie?

If all the scouts say, "Player A is a 1st-round stud and player B (a pass-rusher) is a 2nd-round guy," and all the coaches say, "me want pass rusher," is that a tie?

Horn has the most upside. He is a lockdown corner just looking at the film, he played the same competition as Surtain with a more limited supporting cast and performed as well.

I'm confused where this false narrative is coming from that Horn performed as well as Surtain on the collegiate level I'm just not seeing it. Surtain was an instant starter from day 1 that has major games against top prospects in the last 2 draft as well as shut down a WR that lit the entire league on fire last year in Jefferson. I think people may want to take a closer look, Surtain is sure fire day 1 starter with the pedigree to match. This guy has been trained to be NFL starting corner since he's a young kid lol.
