Yes. The momentum of the punt carried the ball into the end zone, therefore it is a touchback. If the punt returner possessed it and then fumbled it backwards, then it would have been a safety (obviously that situation assumes there would have been no fair catch).

Their only chance is to put a lot of pressure on Brady Denver's D does have 52 sacks this season and the #1 defense. It's pressure on Brady that enabled the Giants to beat NE in 2 SB's.
