How can you say with certainty that Joseph will be beaten "Often" . . . Teams were exploiting Brown's size . . . #3 hasn't regressed . . All the WRs have gotten taller

I can say it the same way I could say that Brown would continue to get beat. Brown gets beat, and yet there's a reason Brown was ahead of Joseph on the depth chart in spite of Brown being "exploited" due to his height.

It's not like the team deliberately stashed their 2nd best corner (2nd round pick) on the bench and relegated him to primarily special teams because he's 2 inches taller than Brown. He's just not better. I don't know if he's worse, but he can't be that much worse given what we've seen from Brown.

Now, could some experience help him in the long-run? Yeah, maybe, but what do you think will happen for a guy who's barely been on the field since being drafted? I think he's gonna get beat.

Losing an experienced corner with five games left is not a blessing. That’s leaving us pretty thin at the position.

Move over and let the young dog play. i love your heart Number 3 but what you lack in stature is a glaring weakness.

The TD was a perfect throw into perfect coverage. . . I like what I seen from Joseph . . . Team got better by subtraction
This is why these forums are my source of entertainment lolllll "I like what I seen from Joseph" Imagine not having eye balls but still being able to type.

You never want to see anyone get hurt. AB has been liability for us for years. Put Bland opposite Trevon. The kid has much better ball skills than AB. I wish AB a speedy recovery, but it is what it is.

Brown is terrible. But Joseph and Wright are much, much worse.

It very well could be. These young guys have talent...they need to play to realize their potential. May take a couple of games...but it could be great in the end.

The Dallas Cowboys are a top 3 defense and the top defense against the pass and people thing Brown being out is a good thing?

Joseph hit the punt returner and caused a three pt possession for Colts. He must turn on his light. he must stay focused. He has blazing speed and now he must shine. Step up, as the eyes are all over you. If you want to be a real player in the NFL, show us now.

That's it . . . sink or swim . . . Thankfully this pass rush is a CB's best friend . . . He will be fine . . . He needed this playing time before the Playoff Run

I am pretty sure he got pushed into but they would not show a decent replay.

Losing a starting CB is far from a blessing. What happens if another "blessing in disguise" hits that unit? Depth is critical to a SB run.

Not a good thing . . . May be a Blessing in disguise. .

PS .your logic implies Brown is the determining Factor . . . He is and would have continued to be the weak link

He cost single-handedly cost the Cowboys a lost against Green Bay

Come the Playoffs Everybody was gonna exploit Him deep . . . It was becoming ridiculous . . . Everyone is rushing the passer and all the QB has to do is close His eyes and throw a 40 yd jump ball and whichever 6'3 WR is gonna catch it

I have given Brown His props since He has been here and I still Love Him but the writing was on the wall

Sorry I can't do what ifs . . . Brown was becoming a huge liability . . . This was the only way to replace him which needed to be done

Careful what you wish for. I can't trust fans more than the coaching staff.

What does that even mean? . . . Obviously Brown was not gonna be replaced in favor of Joseph . . . But you have to factor in the trajectory eacho ones carear

One is an over achiever that was reliable . . . The other is a 5 star athlete that is a project

One was a pleasant surprise that has reached his ceiling but can be relied on to play at that ceiling on the regular . . . The other is your most physically gifted athlete at the position that may turn into a great investment if he puts it all together.

One is a vet and the other is only in His 2nd year.

As far as I can tell that is an obvious decision to play Brown . . . Which is why this is A BLESSING IN DISGUISE

If Joseph is able to jell with the team and even contribute in this year and truly be apart of this special Unit . . . I feel it will go along way in His development which is a positive for this team

When He came in and made that tackle to deny the runner a 1st down I was impressed . . . The runner was slicing through the defense and Joseph stopped Him about a yard or 2 short. . . It was a very solid tackle and I think playing Special teams is elevating his game in that regard.

Even on the TD He had perfect positioning . . . Then I don't remember them challenging Him again (but I may be wrong)

Joseph is ready to take off
