I grew up in western NY. I got stuck more than once. .

I will say though winters are nowhere what they used to be. I can remember as a kid not seeing green grass from early December to early March. You had to dig deep into the snow.

Now winters are a couple snow events like this one and cool to cold. It’s not the day to day brutal weather anymore.

I am in the Toronto area, only 2 hours from the stadium. If they built it near the Airport this would never happen....the news will be fun to watch though

No!!!!!! I actually wanted them to play in all that snow. Game would have been fun.

Just saw the story. I am a huge advocate of domed stadiums but I also think open air stadium fans deserve what they prefer. The game should not have been moved. Sports fans who want hypothermia should always enjoy the opportunity of contracting it. That's fair.
