I think players have big egos and think they can win it where they are. But ultimately, it's just business. Even if they don't get that ring, the money wins out, and they pride themselves on their individual achievements.

We all know our front office is incompetent, but how is it possible that they are getting worse each year? It’s as if they make mistakes that are so dumb that people are shocked by them and then they don’t even learn from them and do them all over again. If there has ever been a guy to sign early it was Micah. He should have been signed for something like 5/$175M at the end of last season.
