Browns have 1st round pick offer from 2 teams but want more

The Browns have reportedly been trying to trade Quinn to Denver for Jay Cutler prior to the Cutler/Bears trade, but Cutler refused to play for Browns coach Eric Mangini.

Quinn, the 22nd overall pick in the 2007 draft, started 3 games last season before ending up on the injured reserve list, during those 3 games he threw for 2 TD's, 2 INT's and 518 yards.

The Browns have a first round pick on the table from two different teams but are looking for more.

One league executive told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that he hadn't heard much about the possibility of a Brady Quinn trade recently.

There was a report a week ago that the Browns had a first-round pick on the table for Quinn. If the report was true, it's hard to imagine that they wouldn't have pulled the trigger by now. Quinn may still be traded, but that report also could've been misinformation spread by the Browns.

Quinn is ready to make an immediate impact in this league if traded to the right team imo.

I feel Cutler landed in exactly the right spot in Chicago to make a similar impact right away, too.

Things are a changing. Say if Quinn landed in a place like Green Bay or Minny, the North could instantly go from gutter to strutter in the NFC. And be a force for many years to come once again.
