I think this goes to him being a lazy player. Surrounded by better players, he would let them take charge.

He may be the only player I trust less than McClain. It's not as publicized, but I don't think he has any love for the game. It's just a paycheck for him.

He is bad in every system he plays in during his first year because he is really slow to pick things up. His only shot at sustained success was to stay in Dallas in the same system that he had already struggled through and finally figured out.

No reason to bring him back at this point.

I still remember that touchdown where he was covering the guy and the guy caught it, fell down untouched and ran into the end zone with Carter standing on the sidelines ready to go sit down. There were several other plays where he didn't even make an attempt on the ball in the endzone, resulting in touchdowns.
