IDK, that was a really good fake. When Peyton Manning runs one in on you your D is VERY BAD.
One of the greatest moral victories in Cowboy history. Jerry was so proud of Romo and that loss. Lol
You saw his foot get stepped on before he released it too? Not really psychic, just the MAGIC of sight.I remember it well. I called the interception right before Romo threw it. I must be psychic.
He threw it regardless. You saw his foot get stepped on before he released it too? Not really psychic, just the MAGIC of sight.
Oh snap6 years ago, and the announcer called Witten "Old Reliable". LOL
That game is overrated. It was literally no defense that game and we lost. That shouldn’t even be a anniversary.
That was always the problem in those days. There were certain fans that only cared that Romo played, not whether we won or lost lol. As long as he played, it was a great game!Only if Romo is quarterback.
Lmao. So midway through his release he should've felt his foot being stepped on and pulled the ball back down? Go outside and try pulling the ball back down midway bud. Jesus. He threw it regardless.
My point was that he threw it. Whether it was pressure, avoiding a sack, getting hit, whatever - it happens.Lmao. So midway through his release he should've felt his foot being stepped on and pulled the ball back down? Go outside and try pulling the ball back down midway bud. Jesus.
Funny how history repeats itselfThat was always the problem in those days. There were certain fans that only cared that Romo played, not whether we won or lost lol. As long as he played, it was a great game!
+1Here’s to hoping no Cowboys QB ever again has to play on a team with the 32rd ranked defense.
I mean it’s because he didn’t have many big wins so we celebrate this crap. I loved Romo but not to the extent of celebrating a loss in a game where he threw a pick.Romo's losses are always celebrated for some reason within the Cowboys fanbase. Dude gets more passes than anyone I have ever seen for never accomplishing anything.

Somehow his retirement elevated him into legendary status. I was a huge fan, but the failed gunslinging was heartbreaking. If this loss was celebrated, then why not celebrate the Steelers loss in 2008 while we are at it? That was a great game. And ended the same way. Romo throwing a pick at the end to seal our fate. I actually preferred that game much more. Offensive explosions with zero offense at all get boring.
We put up with a lot in that era. PreRomo and during his career. Some of that heartbreak was unfair.Somehow his retirement elevated him into legendary status. I was a huge fan, but the failed gunslinging was heartbreaking.
Good lord, between Aikman and Romo was a straight up nightmare. We put up with a lot in that era. PreRomo and during his career. Some of that heartbreak was unfair.
