Unfortunately (or maybe not so unfortunately), this means that the most important members of this organization are those who evaluate and acquire players, instead of the individual players themselves. Players come and go, but the members of the front office are here as long as we continue to pay them.

Luckily for us these days, we're not doing so bad in this area.

Nowadays, where you win in this league is pretty much in the admin/coaching. Players don't get to stick around all that long. It seems like as soon as players get adjusted to the game and start playing in a quality fashion, they are up for a contract and teams will pay exorbitant prices for great players, so you can only hold on to a handful of long-termers while everyone else is shuffling around. Thus, it's most important to have quality coaching, great gm and scouts and a strong 'core of players', especially at qb.

:lmao2:Yes, we have too many good players. In fact, next year, Jerry is going to give back our first two draft picks, just to make it fair. Come on, guys. If you're going to post something, make sense. Now, if you had said, "Cutting players will be harder this year than in the past decade", you might have a valid point. No team has too many good players. Like most teams, the Cowboys are loaded at some positions, while still found wanting in others, such as NT.

This Article is ridiculous... they have not watched the San Diego OR the 49ers Games... we have a 1st string and nothing after that, who's proven anything so we need to STOP THE ANOINTING OF THEM.
