I did not have time to be precise but the point was why was the TE on the left for most of those plays? And if the guy he was on was a third rd draft choice that means he has potential but that is about it. Just like Butler who gave Free a lot of trouble. I noticed that your commentary said the guy basically quit on some plays. So lets be brutally frank here: he did not face off with anyone that we know is any good at all. I kind of wish he had been going against Ellis- that would have been interesting and more informative. BUT anyone saying Free proved anything of consequence against Oakland is full of it. Now against the Ravens we should learn a LOT more. I can say that there is hope Free has something now- I really did not think so at all before this game.
