One can dream. Myles Garrett, the projected number one pick in the upcoming NFL draft, has made it know that he wants to play for the Dallas Cowboys. In a video posted to ESPN, Garrett asks Jerry Jones to trade Tony Romo with a few other picks to the Cleveland Browns for the right to pick Garrett in the draft.

In the video, Garrett is heard making his plea to Jerry Jones and Jason Garret to make him a Cowboy.


“I’m speaking to you, Jerry,” Garrett says on the video. “Mr. [Jason] Garrett, make it happen. Dak Prescott is leading our team right now. I need you to take Tony Romo, take a couple picks, and give them to Cleveland so you can pick me up, please. I’d love to play in Dallas. Let’s make it happen.”

If only there was someway this could happen. The Cowboys are in desperate need of a pass rusher. Garrett is the consensus best pass rusher, and pretty much consensus best player, in the draft. He grew up in Arlington.
