If Brown, Rush and Gathers aren't on the 53, Dallas will lose all three players
Gathers is going to IR with designated return.

This all day. You can find Moore type QB's. They are a dime a dozen. He has peaked and won't get any better. Brown on the other hand could develop into something. This says it all.I'm on record multiple times.
I'm keeping Noah Brown on the 53.
If it comes down to Brown or Kellen Moore?
I'm keeping Noah Brown on the 53.
You have to keep him. He has the talent and the potential to develop into a reliable wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. He possesses the size (6-foot-2, 220+) needed to battle with the bigger defensive backs across the division for jump balls, has shown reliable hands during the preseason, and seems to be a player with a high ceiling. His frame allows him to box out defenders, and he showed that he is a willing blocker during his collegiate career. Brown definitely can grow into another big red zone target for Dak Prescott. If you choose to cut him to place him on practice squad, you risk the chance of another team taking a chance on the Ohio State product. If it comes down to keeping Moore as the third quarterback or Brown as the sixth receiver, I believe you go with the latter. While carrying six receivers may be a lot, Brown looks to be worth the investment.
They don't have to designate the player anymore - changed it last year. This year they changed it to allow 2 players.Gathers is going to IR with designated return.
It seems the Cowboys are going to have issues this year with their finals cuts with several players who likely won't make it to the practice squad like Rush, Brown, Gathers, etc.

They need to stash the Nigerian guy on the PS. I like his potential. Brown is someone I'd like to keep but you don't have room for him. He'll have to go to the PS along with Lenoir. The latter has a better chance of making the team and he won't either (STs).
