LOL, I know, hardly deep analysis there.

Both OLs have serious questions. Whichever holds up best against DLs that probably have edges on them will likely be the deciding factor in the game.

Our strength is likely on the edges with Parsons and Lawrence but both tackles for TB are good although Wirfs is banged up. Their interior OL is basically all new. Losing Jensen was a big blow just like losing Smith was a blow for us.

Conversely, we have questions at just about every OL position other than RG.

If it does then it’s the backups. How many are we missing. Tyron. Is our original starter missing. It’s a LT. Question is.. does Peters play. Or does McGovern play. I think the bucs are missing 3 but they have had time and have done something to correct it.

We need to go after brady. Edges and hope since they are weak in the middle we can take the step up away.

Brady is too smart. He's going to dink and dunk and quick slant us to death. Watch Fournette have atleast 15 catches out of the backfield. Julio Jones isn't fast anymore, but he's still big and strong, so it will be hard to cut him and their other big receive off off during quick slant routes due to their big bodies.

Brady will dink and dunk for 2 quarters and then he's going to bait Diggs for atleast one double move play for a big gain, if not a TD. Look for Anthony Brown to get tested on 3rd and long plays. Unless he's improved his technique, he's a automatic Pass Interference call in the making.

If McGovern plays then he will be the weakest in either team.

Diggs launches the season with a pick 6 in the opener.

Both defensive fronts are going to have some fun. That’s for sure.

A lot of games come down to the OLs, while fans are often focused elsewhere. If you can't block the other guys then good luck doing anything.

Ask Patrick Mahomes about that. He didn't forget how to play QB against TB in the SB. He was running for his life all night. Can't win that way.

sheesh, again you are suggesting that the front office never saw the day coming that Ty wouldn't be on the field game 1..and you are suggesting other teams are proactive in their approach to rosters....don't worry, we got this, lol

It comes down to the same thing it's going to come down on all season.
Will they move Dak out of the pocket or leave them there to get annihilated?
I sincerely hope they got the message at the end of last year Dak needs to be moved around.
Our D will stuff the Brady bunch.

I agree with you. I feel if we win this game it will come down to our offensive line showing up more than their's. I feel our edge rushers are strong, LB is strong and secondary is strong. I'm concerned about the interior DL.

I picked Tampa Bay to win because I feel our offensive line will make more mistakes then their's will. Ala holding penalties, Tyler missing a block or McGovern getting pounded. I feel if McGovern, Tyler and BDZ can show up we will win. I'm not confident they will. I feel Tyler will be a great LT but like last year's season opener Parsons played well but at the end of the season he was a monster. I see that with Tyler were he will struggle his first game and we as a team will struggle but once he gets in a groove then we'll starting tearing things up.

I'm trying to brace myself so I don't overreact if we lose, but you know, no promises.

I believe our defense is improved and we can get there on Brady when we do we have to make it count.

And we have to be able to run the ball and that means DAk has to take off with it once in awhile when it's there and move the chains.
Dak has got to become a factor in our running game again. I'm on

This is a great and intelligent point!!! I had someone here on this board say that injuries to an offensive line is just excuses for the quarterback. The dumbest people will say the dumbest things.....

With that said, I think both offensive lines will struggle, but Brady is great at the dink and dunk passes. He's patient enough.

Burrow played most of last season that way and almost won the super bowl. Don't you think it's about time we stop putting so much blame on the o'line? Burrow proved to the world that you can still get the job done with a bad o'line. His line was far worse than Dak's last season yet the Daksters are hell bent on blaming the 2021 season solely on the o'line.
