Bud Adams says he plans to keep Jeff Fisher

Despite speculation that 87-year-old Titans owner Bud Adams was considering giving the finger to coach Jeff Fisher, Adams says that he plans to keep the league's longest-tenured head coach.
"Jeff has two more years on his contract, and the way things are going, we are going to be pleased to have him here for the next two years and more years than that down the road,'' Adams told Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. "I think he'll get us in the Super Bowl next year."
The comments come amid a belief in some circles that Fisher is angling to escape. ESPN's Chris Mortensen, whose son played for the Titans during the preseason, has repeatedly (well, we've heard it twice -- but that's technically repeatedly) thrown out the suggestion that the Bears or the Cowboys might come calling. At one point, Mort suggested that Fisher might be able to force his way out of Nashville due to the fact that owner Bud Adams insisted on the quarterback change from Kerry Collins to Vince Young, which possibly constitutes a breach of Fisher's contract.
And Adams apparently has been paying attention to the chatter.
"Jeff knows what he is doing and he loves Nashville," Adams told Wyatt. "I don't think he's interested in going anywhere else. He's going to do a great job for us moving down the road.''
So it's possible that Adams is ready to make a change, and that he's hoping someone will offer up draft picks and/or cash for Fisher. Eight years ago, the Buccaneers gave up two first-round picks, two second-round picks, and $8 million in order to land Jon Gruden from the Raiders.
For now, the Bears are off the market. But the Cowboys could be looking, based on the outcome of Saturday night's playoff game.
