Buffalo has 15 sacks on the year, 10 of them came against the Washington Commanders.

They have only 5 sacks in their other 8 games.

Thoughts?

I think the offensive line needs to show a steady trend of good solid pass protection games, and they have a good chance here.

Both of their starting outside linebackers are injured, and i believe there defensive tackle is injured.

seems like teams with injured defenses usually have big games against us--no way we should lose to the Bills--Oline needs to have a good game, to begin working together to control the line--I hope we can establish the run, especially on the perimeter and then exploit their pass rush with the play action--and how about a screen to a RB

If we play smart, run the ball and then run it some more, I have no doubt we win the game.

If we come out slinging the ball all over the place, shotgun on the half inch line, I don't see us winning. Buffalo thrives on turnovers and we can't give them the opportunities. We also need to control the clock so that Jackson doesn't get on the field and run us into the ground.

They just put their best defensive player, Kyle Williams, on IR on a few days ago.

We should be able to move the ball easily. If Romo takes care of the ball, we'll win.

Actually history leads me to believe if Romo turns the ball over 5 times, we'll win.

Unfortunately they don't have Trent Edwards at QB anymore so I don't know if that'd be the case again.

The only one on their line that scares me is Marcelus Dareus, that guy is a beast, very athletic for a guy that size.

That's going to be a key matchup... him vs the interior of our line. I think you can double team him and take your chances with the rest of their front 7.

Sacks are not always a good indicator of the quality of the pass rush.

A defense that can rush a QB into bad passes on a consistant basis can be more effective than a defense that gets 3-4 sacks in a game but then does little else on every other down.

A better indicator as to what their defense can do to a passing game would be the opposing teams' QB Rating.

There is an old saying you don't need talent to hustle. This is one thing I have seen with the Bills they are constantly hustling to the ball and that has played a big part in all of the turnovers they have been able to come up with.

On defense they give up a lot in the passing game ranked 25th and rank 20th in stopping the run. But they swarm to the ball in my view this is how the Bills have been able to overcome many of their short comings. Just pure hustle

They sacked the Commanders 10 times?!

That's because back-ups come in ready to play. With a point to prove

The Bills rank in the bottom 12 in virtually every major yardage category on defense. However, in points allowed, they're a respectable 14th because they excel at forcing turnovers.

The Cowboys should be able to move the ball up and down the field with relative ease as long as they don't turn it over.
