Da'ron Payne is kind of a wildcard. I know Atlanta likes him but he could fall out of the first round. I would be willing to give up both of our 4th's or our 3rd to trade up in the 2nd round to go up and get him if we go Hernandez at 19. Wouldn't surprise me to see Isaiah Wynn fall out the first either. He could be the trade up option if we somehow end up with Vea at 19. Doesn't seem as many teams are into Wynn as they are Hernandez. I have a feeling Giants would pass on him in the 2nd cause hes not the Hog Molly type guard they look for. They like them 330+ pound big uglies at guard lol.
 
I hate when people take some simplistic ******** they heard somewhere and apply it as truth. Building the trenches is not “the way you win championships.”

Look at the Patriots, Seahawks, Packers, Saints in the last decade.

I think Wynn has value as he could slide out to tackle as well. I like Hernandez over Wynn but would be happy with either

Ok let's look at them.

Patriots have a very good OL that has protected Brady.

Packers same thing

Seahawks had a dominating DL and decent OL when they won the Superbowl.

Saints didn't have scrubs either

Wynns value is his versatility. I think He could play both guard and center at a high level and slide out to tackle and be solid. Dont think he has the size to be great at tackle but i could be wrong. With Hernandez you are getting one mean son of a gun who is going to win just about every battle in the trenches and move the DT opposite of them whether or not they like it on running plays. Hes only a guard in the NFL but hes going to be a top guard. I think he will be a more dominant guard then Wynn but Wynn could probably back up 4 out of the 5 position on the line. Not sure if you want him protecting the blind side in the NFL.

Don't forget the Broncos Front 7 won them a superbowl a couple years ago.

Crawford wouldn’t add any value in a trade and saves no money
Plus I wouldn’t trade two players and a pick to move up in the second
I’m all for a trade to add a second and I’d trade Beasley in a heartbeat because it’s his last year and it does save 3 mil

Only 1 fumble but a major one that helped won the game completely. The rest, they couldn't sack him and the Patriots were able to almost come behind. Just like against Falcons. Its good to have a balance of good offense and defense.

They harassed Brady, he missed wide open receivers at times.

The point is building the trenches win championships.
 
I don't see Hernandez as complete a player as most but any draft that gets Vea and a good offensive lineman in the first two rounds is pretty good.
