I think there are no more excuses - especially for Spears - he either steps up or steps out. But I feel Phillips' more aggressive 3-4 scheme will allow both he and Canty to make more plays rather than simply tying up blockers.

Sell. Spears maybe, Canty, I don't see him as a Phillips style player. I think he would be a great end in some 3-4 schemes, but not in Phillips. I fear that Spears issues are less to do with Phillips and more to do with himself.

I'm not expecting him to be all-world, but I think he'll be a more instinctive runner than he has been, utlizing his vision and cutback ability.

I'm a believer that Parcells had a hand in brainwashing the kid to stick with the designed play no matter what. We'll see this year if that belief is right or wrong.

Even with Bledsoe playing possibly one of his worst games in his career, the Cowboys had a chance to win before the aforementioned quarterback threw an interception that sealed the game for the Eagles. Now, we have a younger, more mobile QB with good experience under his belt under a better offensive coaching staff.

The Cowboys will yield another 1,000-yard receiving duo for the second year in a row.

Buy. And it will be unfortunate. He will make mistakes and people will want his head like Big Rob. I think he will see significant playing time due to a Flo injury.
