The thought of this team having RW11 as the #1 WR based on what I've seen so far this season is scary.

TO needs to stay here.

If Wade is staying, we need to cut all distractions. He can't handle the HC position more less the locker room drama and the media circus. I will say TO has served us well on the field. I don't know about the locker room, I was not there but we need to go back to the drawing board, we need to get back to work, this is a team game. We need to create chemistry.

This is just a thought and not a knock against TO at all.

I'm cool with TO being gone. I would actually keep pacman around. Just no kickoff or punt returns, he would strictly be backup CB. As for Tank, was he on the team this year?

I'm not sure if I want Wade gone or Garett. The wide receivers coach and special teams coach are questionable. Brian Stewart is a close call.

I dunno. Maybe a 48 hour cooling off period is needed.

So true...

Let the TO haters continue to speculate. Jerry might be close but he's not crazy. TO will be back next year.

I'm sure you get the parallel.

Based upon your logic there's no need for coaches in the NFL. The players can take care of meetings, drills, game management, accountability, etc all by themselves. Nice logic there.

you know nothing of my logic.............i said Controlled......managed.....or Policed.........not coached...

they need coaching, they need to be held accountable, they need direction, they shouldnt need baby sitters

Man the people wanting to get rid of the talent on this thread post totals combined don't even equal a 2 year regular on this board makes you wonder where they came from.

Ohhh.. Ok. I thought you were certifiable for a minute there....

For the record, coaching/managing is, in a sense, babysitting.

Fan since I saw Tony Dorsett run for a 99 yard TD! I was 7 years old. That is where I came from.

It takes more then talent to win a team game. Did you see the game today? We have more talent then anyone in the NFL on paper. We were blown out.

We need to make some changes in coaching and in the locker room. We need chemistry. This team has none.

We better not agree to do Hard Knocks ever again. Every team that has ever done it has had a lousy season and has not made the playoffs.

If Jerry does it again he is not about winning but all about glitz. This is not the type of team I like to root for.

TO can stay, but Pacman needs to go. what a sorry waste of space that guy was. all flash and no substance. let somebody else deal with him.

no it isn't. a 12 year old can baby sit just as good as a 70 year old.
coaching implies a whole lot more, ie teaching, motivating, holding people accountable, planning, analyzing and more

I am in full agreement with your point. But there's a babysitting aspect to it as well. Until we have 53 Jason Wittens on the field there will always be a babysitting aspect there. Ask Calvin Hill about that part of coaching/managing.

Only a fool would cut TO. Unless you predict he'll blow up the locker room and you want to cut him before he does it. Otherwise, he's been great in the locker room and had a decent year on the field for a team that refused to give him the ball. I'm sorry but Garrett should receive alot of criticism. I like him. He seems like a good guy and he will forever be a Cowboy. I'm not asking for us to cut him. I'm asking for him to just get better. He was horrible this season. Horrible. It would be different if we knew he was nothing but last season in 1st time ever calling plays he looked great. Frankly, I expected him to be this bad last season. To be so bad after last season is a downgrade.

I've been supporters of Pac-Man and Tank and i'm somewhat still am. They're backups for this team and I don't think you can find better backups. But Pac-Man is expendable with Scandrick and the somewhat inconsistent Mike Jenkins on the team. I expect for us to look at another corner in the draft as well again this year. As far as Tank goes I mean its whatever. We don't even have one nose tackle on the roster and he's the only legit tackle we have on the team. So if he's going to leave I sure as hell hope we have a replacement.
