Yeah he's definitely lost a step. He's still a terrific corner, but not near the player he was in Oakland or his first year in GB.

Lol, that's funny, he won the freakin' DPOY in 2009.

Not saying we can't. I'm just talking about it in terms of records. I know there's still a long way to go, but if the Cowboys don't win the division, I think we'll be fighting more for a wild card spot with Atlanta than with GB. I just don't see Detroit winning like they've been, thus I think GB wins their division. I think NO will win the South, which would result in Atlanta fighting for a wild card spot.

Woodson is outstanding and continuously is in the top 3 for int's. He might have lost a step, but he is still better than 90% of the corners in the league.

not with the great josh freeman aka tom brady at QB:rolleyes:

and we could of had him if it wasn't for ole al davis giving woodson a bad rap to us.:banghead: I think we ended up with anthony henry:confused:

the Falcons should be kicking themselves for not playing with this intensity all season.

He didn't deserve it, Revis was clearly the top defensive player in 2009.
Green Bay should have released his worthless butt.

DPOTY is a popularity contest - there is no other explanation for some of the choices. Whoever is the media darling team/player that year will determine the winner.

Ware definitely should have won the award at least once and probably twice by now.

Oh c'mon don't be sensitive if you read my post correctly you would know I said he's still a terrific corner, just not quite as good as he was 3 or 4 years ago.

If Ware was on a winning team , he would have won the award by now.

Revis was clearly better? Really? Woodson does way more things than Revis although Revis is clearly the best shutdown corner.

You're right, he absolutely hoodwinked everyone into believing his 74 tackles, 2 sacks, 9 interceptions, 3 TDs and 4 FFs was something special that season.

He's awful.

The NBC halftime crew was debating the eventual winner of the NFC East, and the Cowboys didn't even enter into the discussion.

What kind of reputation have the Cowboys developed that Rodney would pick the 1-4 Eagles to win the East while Tony would pick the 'Skins, a team the Cowboys have already beaten?

Lol no, you mention he wasn't the same kind of player he was with Oakland and his first year with Green Bay (2006). Whether you think was deserved or not of the DPOY in '09, he had an amazing season that year at the age of 33.

Simple. Rodney's biased, and Tony's clueless.
