I get hiccups too. Weird.arglebargle;3013062 said:That recipe would probably give me the hiccups!
Which is a compliment: Only the really good hot stuff gives me hiccups. I am used as a heat detector by my friends...If it's suspect, I eat it and they wait for the 'hik...hik'
Will be sure and give that recipe to my favorite cooks. And the salsa one too!

I got a good dessert one for you.
Take a casserole dish and layer the bottom with ice cream sandwiches. A layer of hot *****. A layer of whipped cream with some dry roasted peanuts sprinkled in. Then another layer of ice cream sandwiches and ***** and whipped cream with peanuts. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Serve it and enjoy the compliments.

Actually he said that in 1994 when he played for the Niners. I remember that the roof of the Georgia Dome was leaking during the 1995 game, and after the game, a reporter asked, "Is this still your house?"Hostile;3012970 said:We have faced the Falcons one time coming out of a bye week. 1995 under Barry Switzer. The game was won by the Cowboys 28-13 in Atlanta. After that game Deion Sanders announced that he "built this house." He was referencing the Georgia Dome.
Thanks for the correction.Don Corleone;3018491 said:Actually he said that in 1994 when he played for the Niners. I remember that the roof of the Georgia Dome was leaking during the 1995 game, and after the game, a reporter asked, "Is this still your house?"
Sanders responded by saying, "No, the roof would never leak at my house."
Okay, here goes.Goldenrichards83;3018736 said:Man you got my mouth watering. Appreciatte the recipes. I love to cook. Now was up with that Burger recipe?
Thanks Hos. This should be a weekly thing before games. I will try this out Sunday.Hostile;3018835 said:Okay, here goes.
Before patting the meat into patties I like to season it with course ground pepper (get a decent coverage on top of the thawed ground beef), a small amount of oregano, and a very light sprinkling of season salt. Mix it all into the meat real good. Finally I make a recess int he top of the meat and I pour in some jalapeno juice and mix it in the meat one past time. Gives it a nice little extra bite. Don't use too much. A few tablespoons is more than enough.
Don't get the old dry hamburger buns. They waste good burgers. Find a local bakery that does large dinner rolls. The bread can make a huge difference. If you like the hamburger buns toasted you still can. The softer the rolls the better.
Pat the meat into patties and cook on open flame over charcoal if at all possible. If you like cheese I recommend pepperjack with this.
Grill some bacon.
I prefer mustard on burgers and hot dogs over ketchup and mayo. I like using a nice Russian deli mustard, but Grey Poupon works just fine. Put some on both sides of the dinner roll.
Put your cooked to the way you like it burger on the bottom half of the dinner roll. Add a smear of guacamole on the burger and then 3 or 4 strips of bacon mashed into the guacamole. A slice of red onion (not white, red is better raw), tomato, pickles, and lettuce.
Enjoy.

Good to hear. Thanks. I've actually made it even hotter, but I find no one else but me can eat it if I do.Ozzu;3019040 said:Oh and I tried the chili a while back. It was a pretty big hit and I've made it 2 or 3 times since then. It's pretty damn hot. Be prepared.
