I'd be grateful for just 2 guys that were good enough to make it on next year's roster. Heck if the team gets 2 decent players out of this bunch... Heck I'm thrilled.

You'd have every right to be thrilled. Cheap starters and backups don't grow on trees. That is how you flesh out the roster and keep your stars.
