maybe because they aren't good working w/ QBs? or haven't done it before? JJ wants Garrett here because he's heard how well he works w/ them, and our franchise player right now happens to be one

main reason why Garrett would be a fool to retool the O coaching staff, he's never done it before, and how many coordinators do you think Garrett has worked w/? our personnel is fit for the system we run on O, and the current coaches have coached it well, and Garrett is going to need all the help he can get, so why not get it from the coaches who are already doing it, and doing it well?

btw, it doesn't look like Sparano is going to be going anywhere, anytime soon

I'm on the Jason Garrett bandwagon. don't want Turner or Phillips, both are retreads and over the hill. Garrett is young, energitic and a workaholic with upside. I hope the worst GM in football finally makes the right decision and hires him.

but I like the idea of Jason Garrett as HC; young, bright, well thought of in league circles, he can have Tony Sparano and Todd Haley helping him out on O, and we have Jeff Ireland to help w/ the draft, promote Todd Bowles to Dcoordinator who will have the 3-4 experience of Paul Pasquleroni to guide him, he already has the respect of most of the Cowboy defenders
