5 Days away. The online looks AMAZING on this game. I can not wait for this to come out. Who's with me?

I'm thinking about it. Still no dedicated servers for the PC version correct?

I've already got my Hardened Edition reserved and paid for. I can't wait for it to come out. I'm really looking forward to it.

We should get some sort of Cowboys Zone group together next Friday night (like maybe 10pm for us late nighters) and everyone play it together.

PS3???

I pre-ordered, but I'll never get the hang on shooters on the console. A mouse just feels so much more natural.

We are going to pick this up for our son on PS3, but I won't play it since I can't stand FPS on a console and I won't buy the same game twice.

Its not made by infinity ward so odds are it wont be good. Just like World at War and call of duty 3.

I still say COD4 was the best of them all. The thing about MW2 that I thought was just plain stupid was some of the perks you got. What was it, the C130 where you could just shoot anyone through anything basically wipe out the map and there was nothing anyone could do about it? That was ignorant. At least in COD4 if you were under cover you were safe AND you could shoot the heli down.

COD5 (WatW) pretty much sucked, but I loved that you could call the dogs. (and at least you could shoot, or knife the dogs to save yourself)

MW2 game play was good except for some of the ignorant perks they handed out for kill streaks.

Is it just me or is anyone else sick of the the CoD series? I've owned CoD4, WaW, and Modern Warfare 2, and I get the same feeling about it after playing it for a month, I hate it. I really wish they would set up Dedicated servers like GoW3 is doing to not get hosted, and the glitches are annoying online.

COD4 >>>> MW2
Its not even a question. Better levels and very true, the perks were dumb. I was going to buy it, glad i played it at a friends before hand. I got sick of it in no time.

You're thinking of the AC-130. Yes it does do a lot of killing but if you're actually in a buidling, like the middle of it, and not just at the door way, and it's not a building with glass ceilings or something you're safe. I do a very good job of staying away from the 130.

And they did give you an actual perk (The 130 is actually a killstreak and not a perk) called cold blooded where they can't see your guy on the screen with their AC-130, thus making you safe as well. At least as long as you're not running around in a group of guys without cold blooded on.

I have CoD4 as well, got it from a friend, to play the campaign (which I've yet to do) and played a few rounds online. It seemed pretty good, actually, but I have never gotten back to it cause none of my online friends play it anymore and I enjoy playing with folks I know as much as possible.

So it's mostly MW2 for me.

Oh but if you liked calling dogs in the other game then you should know that killstreak is in Black Ops as well.

yes there are dedicated servers

new zombie maps and characters

im only in it for multiplayer and zombies!

will be there at midnight!

Is opening your NAT worth it?

I opened mine and I've found it much, much, much easier to get into quality games.

Before I had it open sometimes I'd wait 4 or 5 minutes for it to find a game that I could get in and I'd lost connection with the host a lot more often then I do now. That really irked me when it would happen right in the middle of a game, especially when it happened in a game I was doing well in.

So I'm glad I opened mine up and I'd say it's well worth it.
