Calling it Now: Terrance Williams to the Skins

T. Will... He's a big game player but he disappears way too much and im not even going to put that all on him but still.

Denver.

And

Denver.

;)

Honestly, if I'm Tony and have options, I don't think Denver looks all that good as a FA destination. One, they're going to keep their QB of the future on the roster and probably keep Semian, too. It could end up being a one-year deal. Two, their OL is not great. Three, they lost Phillips and have a new HC in place, which is not conducive to a one-year success gamble. Three, Manning just went there and had success, so there's a fan expectation built in there for a guy who has been knocked unfairly his whole career for not being able to overcome the deficiencies of the team elsewhere. They also happen to play in a tough division.

I think KC makes more sense, still, though they might not be interested. HOU, too.

I agree with you. I think Denver has disaster all over it.

I still can't believe that Houston wouldn't give up anything for him. Boggles my mind. :banghead:

I'd go to Houston if they were offering. Then KC. THEN Denver.

Not sure why people say Denver other than them having the Peyton success story.

When Phillips and Ware were there, on top of the Peyton success story, it looked like a pattern that could repeat itself. On top of Tony almost going there to start his career. They're really not a team on the rise right now, though, or one that's necessarily all that close if they just had a QB.

Tony does his homework. I bet he makes a bet on himself and goes somewhere that makes sense but isn't as obvious on the surface. HOU does make a lot of sense for him because they don't have a young option to replace him on the roster. They probably won't get one in this draft, either, so he'd have maybe three years there to be the man before getting replaced.

Me, too. Somebody is going to get a hell of a player. Yes, he's got an injury risk, but he's also got the capability to be the talk of the league in the right situation next season. It's crazy that we can't get anything for him.

"Crazy" = Jerry

I have a better idea....TWill gets very little interest in the tier 1 WR class; by the time they get to Tier 2, he resigns with Dallas.

You may be right. Maybe the Skins are are possibility, if they lose out in Pryor.

Goodbye, T-Will.

Remember, the number two receiver in Dallas is about the fifth option offensively after Zeke, Dez, Witten, and Beasley.

8 million a year is crazy for Williams. I would strongly consider 4 to 5 million a year but thats absolute max for what he brings.

Williams has no business making more than Torrey Smith. He'll be lucky to get $15m over 3. $8m avg ain't gonna happen.

my least favorite Cowboy by far, potentially going to my least favorite team by far??? that's what Pants calls me a win-win

If that were to happen, it would end like Alvin Harper there. Big ol' dud.
