Calm Before the Storm...

Everybody in the path of this please take care and make necessary preparations in case things get crazy.

I wish the rain would make it this far north but I also know that would make the farmers mad.

Yup but the storm looks to be hitting Corpus, so we won't see near as much rain. That puts the dirty side just SW of Freeport.

I was supposed to be fishing Corpus through Monday but we packed our gear and headed out Sunday morning to beat the storm. It doesn't look like it's going to be that bad, but sure ruined a fishing trip.

Yea, pretty weak and has barely rained here. Still some large clusters offshore but looks to be hitting well South.......like I stated hours ago

I plan on learning how to surf this go around. Not gonna let the white sharks intimidate me again!

All ya gotta do is punch them right in the nose, according to the experts.

When that doesn't work.......you can poke it in the eye with your stump.

:)

Sitting here reading CBZ and wondering when the electricity goes out. We have a tropical storm incoming to Houston and I live real close to the water.

It is eerily stagnate outside, no wind at all. A few hours ago, we had 35+ winds and now.......nothing!

Stay safe everyone in the area, there will be bad flooding, the ground can't take anymore :(

I'm sorry to hear you live in Houston. That's terrible
