the biggest concern for me in this is what we tried to do when teams sat back, we tried to run got nothing then instead of trying to spread them out and use the gaps with counters and screens...we tried to throw double slants into shell underneath LB's...thats not smart and the 8 year QB and the SB winning HC should have known this.

MM has never been a heavy run OC and instead focusing on the WCO. You can do both but you have to commit to running the ball. He doesn’t do this because of the WCO and lack of RB talent. Maybe the new mammoth offensive line will change that. Need to come up with a name for Smith, Guyton, Hoffman/Beebe, Martin and Steele. THey’re all road graders.
