Every organization is a reflection of its leadership. How do you rank the character of this team vs the teams pre JG?

My opinion is that this team is as focused and professional as it has been in a long time.

JG gets credit for setting the tone and creating the environment that allows for that.

Yah, not so much in my book. The team is more talented than it has been ion a long time. I do like a lot of his messages, but they are messages that all coaches preach.

If you dont have talent, none of that coach speak matters. Jerry/stephen/McClay get the most credit in my book. Then I would say Marinelli and Linehan. Then I would give Garrett credit in that order.

Nothing special about Garrett that 50 other coaches couldnt do right now with this talent and these coordinators.

Im not saying that Garrett isnt doing a good job, its just to give him credit for everything is a slap in the face to everyone else that is actually deserving of the credit.

To think its ONLY the head coach is rather naive. As I have said before he does NOT have Chip Kelly or Jimmy Johnson powers here. If you understood that difference, then you wouldnt be giving Garrett the credit like you are.
