I love how people don't want to give credit to a team that isn't that bad. Before the blowout, everyone was saying it was going to be a close game.

If he were paid less sure. He's not that bad. We have to consider how weak the interior was last year which in turn made him look bad. Not that he did much to counter that. He's a solid player. Let's not get too excited folks. It was the Rams. If they were to beat Denver THEN I'll be on here saying "How Bout Them Cowboys!?!/"

Rams are a solid football team and to handle them that way is impressive.... now can we be consistent??

You may well be right. But they do have a good DL and they can score some points. We made them look worse than they are IMO but you may end up being right.

It's the way the NFL is. The right game plan against the right match ups and a hot team spells disaster for the other team.

Some folks have repeatedly pointed out that Free's game picked up a great deal towards the end of last season.

It was hard to believe that the guy we saw in 2010 could just fall so flat after getting that big pay day. He deserved the criticism he got then and he deserves some credit now for manning up and doing better in 2013. Hope he keeps this level of play up

Excellent post and the credit for Free is well deserved.

He looks to be a different player so far this season and I'm happy for him that he's apparently turned it around.

I hope he keeps it up.

And while we're throwing around the compliments, I would also like to apologize to Kyle Wilber. I had written him off and wanted him cut, but he also looks like the light has come on for him and seems to be developing into a solid contributor.
