This job has too much of a steep learning curve for JG. He has only just realized that Zeke has sucked this year and Dak putting up MVP numbers. He only seems to learn something new after doing something stupid and losing a game. Like leaving too much time on the clock or not going for it on 4th down, getting a lead and just playing not to lose while the score narrows. He still hasn't learned how to get a team fired up from the first kickoff so they don't go out and give 14 points in the 1st quarter though.

Also the teams window of opportunity is closing.

We are half way through Dak, Zeke, and the OL's careers.

We haven't won anything other than a few NFCE titles and a wildcard game.

Not good.

Half way through the OL's, a stretch to include Zeke, but Dak? That's silly, he's just getting started.

That said, Red Ball needs to go. He's a bottom half NFL coach and the Cowboys will never go anywhere with him.
