Can I change the number of posts per page in a thread?

Is it possible to change the number of posts per page in a thread? Instead of whatever the default (maybe 25 posts per page), is it possible to increase that number to say 50 posts or to show all of the posts in a single page? Instead of having to click from page to page to page, it would save a lot of time.

Since I don't have a whole lot of free time, I tend to just scan for certain members pics/names and read their messages. There are many pages in a thread that I don't read because my favorite/preferred posters didn't leave a message.

No, that's not an option. Even if it was, it is better for caching performance (site speed) to use the same amount for all users.
