I'm guessing coach Shottenhiemer has had an impact on the league, or maybe these coaches are tired of dealing with these players with character issues. You've heard our coach talk a lot about character and having guys that want to do things the right way, lead, and they love football. There's no way you can disagree with this, get those guys that are cancerous off the team, and bring in guys who are hungry!!!

Except those guys tend to wear their welcome thin quick.. like mo Claiborne, bossman, taco, etc. to succeed in the NFL the #1 thing a player needs is work ethic. Everyone is big fast etc, those who don't work fail. Some that work still fail but the effort is there. You can add a guy with issues to a solid team but you can't have a bunch of Anthony Brown types. That attitude can destroy locker rooms .

This isn't just a Schotty thing.......due to these kids now getting paid in college, their character and/or love will strongly impact their grades from teams from now on. In other words, how did/does the millions of dollars from NIL money impact their discipline, love for the game, and maturity? I heard/read nuggets of Shedure interviews were huge turnoffs for some teams coz his attitude centered around money and a sense of entitlement.
