You have unintentionally given Dak Prescott a compliment. Dallas' 2016 regular season was more 'successful' than Washington's 2024 regular season. And way too many folks were under the Team Chemistry Euphoria at this exact same time. The common euphoria conclusion was Prescott's tons of potential.

Their season is already considered a success and that includes the rookie QB who shows tons of potential to become a force in the league.
He is probably at this point very close to being the BEST QB in the NFC East with maybe Hurts giving him any competition.
Anything positive from here on consider gravy as they have had a nice turnaround this season after years of suffering.

I was just thinking there's a lot of similarity with Kirk Cousins and Dak Prescott. Both 4th rounders with very solid careers. Just not Tom Brady. But there's only so many superstars and fans are naive to expect to get a GOAT just because they want one.

And the Cowboys were smarter to move on from Romo, vice the Redpotatoes lingering with RG3 through the summer of 2015. 'Boys also paid the freight to lock Dak up, although perhaps Kirk was going to FA no matter what.

But PAPPYDOG....I'm baffled why the slow mentally or panic driven? His predecessor wasn't a Rhodes scholar but maybe panic driven too.

I'm getting at the fact Dak's IQ and intelligence, or questionable mental acuity is tossed out there like the predecessor was on a fellowship to Oxford. Not true.
