Can someone please tell me what Qualified Bryan Stewart

To be DC of one of the better teams in the NFL? who is this guy?while the eagles have a great DC like Jim Johnson. and the Giants have Spaggs. we have freaking Byran Stewart.this guy had never been a DC in the NFL before he came here. it's time for someone to speak up on this. this playing 10 yards off the recievers has gotten very old. we did the same crap last year. and for those who will say it's Wade phillips who really controls this defense. if thats the case.Wade stinks as a DC too. i thought people here were saying we would have a dominant defense. i have not seen it yet. yea i know. it's just preseason.this teams defense and special teams better get better fast.

Are you freaking kidding me? Being DC of the cowboys is not an on the job training thing. and Wade phillips is no where near good enough to be both head coach and DC. and if this is his defense playing 10 yards off recievers, then it sucks and so does he.teams will take 5 to 7 yards all day long.

we get a 3 and out on D he is absent

we get a FG he is absent

When did he show back up? After Romo throws an INT

Really? Because I seem to remember that Dallas, back when they were winning 3 Superbowls in 4 years played a whole lot of zone where they played 8-10 yards off the ball.

So obviously it has gotten the job done in the past and can get it done again. Or maybe you weren't paying attention when the starters (Minus Newman) held the Texans to 13 points tonight despite the special teams giving the Texans the ball at the Cowboys 35 yard line to start two of their possessions. How many points did the Texans get out of that golden field position? 6 points. 2 field goals.

I believe they sent the Texans packing on 2 or 3 consecutive drives tonight with 3 and outs. Apparently you watch 30 seconds of a game and just formulate ignorant opinions.

Yeah because no defense, great or otherwise, ever allowed a single 80 yard drive.

Anytime your starting unit, minus it's best corner, can hold an NFL team to 13 points that is absolutely great. If we can hold most teams to the 13-17 point range we should be able to easily win games with the points our offense should be able to put up.
