Get a coach that wont need hip replacement surgery if he celebrates with his team. A coach that is not so old he believes a little celebration with the fans is beneath him.
I'm not a huge Josh McDaniel fan but I love the energy and emotion.
After 4 deadbeat coaches in a row who show about as much emotion as a rock I'm starting to understand why more and more teams are going this direction.
