Can you imagine Linehan replacing Kubiak, and Romo following?

One man by himself can not propel a roster of 53 and a coaching staff and front office of buffoons who only recently pulled their collective heads out of their ***es to a superbowl.

Joe Montana, like you mentioned, would have won nothing here in Dallas during the years Romo was here. There was just too much ineptitude surrounding him to expect any real success. It absolutely boggles my mind how the casual fan can not comprehend that QB's can't win games by themselves. Look at Luck in Indianapolis, he is well on his way to having a career just like Romo. Records and stats but unless something drastic happens over there, he won't sniff a ring.

Romo had virtually the same team in 2014, and in 2015, he had essentially the same team minus Murray. He's had weapons such as Martellus Bennett, a prime Jason Witten, prime Dez Bryant, Terrell Owens among others. This notion that Romo has been surrounded with nothing but garbage is not true. He's had some nice 2nd tier receivers as well such as Terrance Williams, Cole Beasley, Patrick Crayton and Laurent Robinson. Romo's had Demarco Murray. He's had Felix Jones who put up nearly 9 yards a carry in his first year here and around 6 his second. Marion Barber wasn't Zeke or Murray, but he was another solid option.

Listen Romo has been a franchise quarterback for 10 years. He has been on some average rosters but also Superbowl teams (talent wise)in 2007, 2009, and 2014. As much as I despise Eli he took the bull by the horns twice and won two super bowls. Romo had his chances and failed.

Pass defense - nobody's ever won with a bottom ten in NFL history - those teams were terrible.

Not true.
you think Brady would be on the bench right now if Garoppolo played lights out during the first 4 weeks of the season? Because I highly, highly doubt that would be the case.

Romo isn't Brady. But that doesn't mean he is not better than Dak overall but not for this team during this run. And yes it is not a 100% guarantee that if Garoppolo was a rookie with no previous game film and was performing like Dak that Brady would have come back in.
