By the way, it took me calling the "hitter's" insurance multiple times and speaking directly to the "hitter's" adjuster a few times before getting the ball spinning on this. Insurance companies are the devil. Lesson learned.

P.S. "hitter" is another word for a female dog.

You need to get a new insurance company.
