Not your first choice, doesn't matter, all that matters is how much he's willing to accept to be on this team!!! Is it $2 or $3??

Not the worst idea. With Williams gone they are fairly desperate. He had some issues last year but the year before he had 7 sacks coming off an achilles injury the year before.

Worth taking a look.

This is good news. Right up to the point where little Enos offers Carl half priced nachos and a signed Luka jersey
Isn’t that about the going rate for players who holdup for a whopping total of 3 games? Or it should be!

I believe Yannick is going to cost more.

Lawson played 5 games last years with 0 sacks. So he likely is going to a little more than veteran minimum. Right in Stephens wheelhouse

He fell out of favor last year in NYJ after Huff blossomed and he had a back injury prior to the season.
Highest snap count was 23, which was against Dallas, which was not as close as the halftime score indicated.

Also, pass rusher doesn't mean much when the offense can score lol.

That being said, I agree on cost that Lawson should come cheaper.

More options:

A little surprising that those are all 3-4 OLB types. Obviously they can play DE, but definitely not traditional 4-3 body types.

I know they are replacing Williams, but it’s not like he was Zimmer’s guy. I would have thought Zimmer would want a bigger, more traditional DE. Pickings are also very slim at this point too, but does make you wonder if he wants to play more of a 3-4 hybrid to utilize Micah

Yes I agree, but that’s why you work him out to see if he’s passed those injuries and how he’s moving, he’s familiar with Zimmer so I think that’s where he’s got the upper hand. If he’s healthy I think he signs and is brought in slowly.
