Carolina?

Because they're consistently a dangerous team, it seems. Regardless of their record they seem to always play us tough. History bears no importance on these games once the opening whistle blows. 5-1 or 1-5, Carolina fields a tough team almost every year. That's what I'm seeing.

I wouldn't have much of a problem playing them every year if we could get one of those damn games at home.

Actually i think it is more like us being the underdog the past 3 times we've faced them in the regular season and we were the team stepping up and playing them tough. Quincy and T-Ham weren't supposed to beat them but we stepped up and took them down. The next year we go down early against the "unstopable" Steve Smith and we rally to beat them. Then this year after being beat the whole game we man up late and take them out. If we have as good of a team as we think we do, Carolina should be no problem for us, even though I'm sure they'll step up and play us hard since we've beat them in a comeback at their place the past 2 years.

I honestly can't believe this is so hard to figure out. It doesn't require much research at all.

why would i go through 3000 pages in a thread to maybe find what im looking for when i can post a new thread and get opinions directly on my subject.i dont really feel like shoveling thru a thread that goes off the topic a million times.

Because that's how you learn something and people won't think you're asking foolish questions.

But hey, that's just me.

Oh, and the answer can be found in places other than that thread very easily. It just requires a click of a button. Real strenuous stuff.

so i am supposed to fish threads looking for some opinions?whats the big deal if there is 400000000 threads about similiar stuff?especially now in the slow season.makes no sense to make foolish remarks about the thread, if someone isnt interested why not skip over it?

The NFL has only been using this scheduling system since 2001.

It's 2007, maybe it's time to learn it? Then you're saved the trouble of reading so many threads. That must be taxing.

im not just talking about this subject its anything,seems like more a waste of time to ridicule the person about making a thread than just giving the answer if known or opinion on the subject if u would like to do so.sorry im not a connosier about the nfl schedule system,maybe as an mr.honorable admin ,u could help me?

The schedule is a system. There's the schedule for the next 10 years unless they add teams. It isn't hard to figure out. The post by SuperPunk had the link to the system.

Since that is so hard...

We play the AFC Divisions every 4 years and alternate home and away. This year we're playing in Buffalo and Miami. 4 years from now they will play here. 8 years from now we play there again and so on every 4 years.

We play the NFC Divisions every 3 years and alternate home and away. This year we're playing in Detroit & Minnesota. 3 years from now they will play here. 6 years from now we play there again and so on every 3 years.

That leaves 2 games per year to decide. We play the same place finisher in the other 2 NFC Divisions. This year in the NFC South we go to Carolina. In 3 years whoever finishes the same as us comes to Dallas. It alternates that way every 3 years.

wont suck for me, i will be in Charlotte, NC for college next year, and we play at Carolina so i will get to see em play!!!!!!!! Plus we have owned them for 3 straight years, i cant wait til 12-22-07 GO BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
