I wonder if that pushes Claiborne back this way. I haven't heard about him talking to anyone else (yet).

Mo's not getting anywhere near the money he wanted. I hope we do resign him on a 1 year deal. And then we can use the draft on other areas beside cb.

he was about to retire - that contract must be fluff after year 1. Probably gave him a 4 year 150 million dollar deal with 4 million guaranteed :).

I read we can cut Morris, frees up around 1.5 mil. Use that to Mo's contract.

We would be drafting corners regardless, deep from rounds 1-4 and Oscan and Carroll are older players.

Carr signing gives us the ability to sign another team's FA without losing one of the 4 comp picks we have coming. Throw in the likelihood that Claiborne might return now and this is a good deal.

I still wouldn't sign Claiborne to much money or a long-term deal. Improved but still showed he can't stay healthy.
