I like both these guys(don't love) whom do all think is the better CB. Even though Mo was a rookie he impressed me more than Carr. Who you like?

It's kind of hard to compare right now because Mo just finished his first year, but I like his potential and see him becoming a better CB than Carr after another year or so

I think they are both solid. I would have liked to see more turnovers created by these guys last year but given our woes at the position for several seasons leading up to getting them, I was pretty happy with their play.

It will be interesting to see how they adjust and play in Kiffen's defense.

They may be better fits in a Tampa 2 scheme anyway. As I recall, Mo played in a similar scheme in college, and Carr has the size cover 2 teams generally want in their corners.

Carr. He plays with more of a swagger and is way more physical.. and he actually tries to tackle.

Mo was a rookie so we haven't seen the best of him at all but based of what we have seen Carr was the better player last year.

If Mo can get his confidence up he should eventually be better but we'll see.

I love that we have both of them. Carr is a proven excellent 2nd CB and CB in general. Mo is the future of this team at this position and he will be the guy that you throw on elite receivers. Mo is something special.

Carr is the best for now, Claiborne will be heads and shoulders above him as he gets more time.

Carr is better right now, Mo will probably be better eventually.

It is a premium position, so it is nice to have 2 guys like this on the roster. All we can do is pray that they actually get some support from the safety position, and if they do, these 2 could be special together.

I mean....

Why does this matter?

If that were the requirement for starting a thread around here... this would be a lonely, desolate place.

:)

Why the comparison??????

Because they are two individual players playing the same position, so they can be compared. Even if it's painful that they're both Dallas Cowboys.

Give me Claiborne over Carr, but I don't really care much.

I like both of them, but they are different players each with different skills. Claiborne will be a very good CB, he needs to get stronger and be more physical. He got pushed around a bit last year as a rookie. He will need to improve his strength and tackling to be efficient in the cover 2.

Claiborne will be a top 5 CB in the NFL by the end of his 3rd year. Claiborne has unreal ball skills that will begin to show up this year.

I hear ya...CB's are irrelevant.

Carr is much better right now, no question about that. Claiborn has more potential.

Carr-hands down. Claiborne, to me, was a major disappointment. Dude had FIVE penalties against the Eagles in one game..two off-sides, & two holding and one interference penalties while defending...wait for it...the vaunted RILEY COOPER. Yes, Riley Cooper. Cooper had a whopping 23 recs. for 248 yards & 3 TDs last season, so it's understandable how the 6th, I mean 6th & 50th, pick in the draft could have such a hard time covering such a talent.

Give me a break. Claiborne was SO inadequate last season, he gave up a 69.6% completion rate & a 107.8 QB rating. He had one int. total, with 55 tackles. Not exactly All-Division, let alone All-Pro. He needs to really step up this season & improve his play, & show he deserved for the team to give up so much for him.

im sure other CBs with other uniforms would be far away and superior than whoever we trumped out?
