He has a ton of arm talent, but he stares down his receivers and can't go thru his progressions and he holds the ball way too long. I still have to believe the right coach can do something for him.. PS. RG 3 was the exact same way and you saw how his career crashed and burned.

Both played pretty well in a RPO offense until they got leg injuries that slowed them down and made them more one dimensional.

Yea I remember RG3's own coach once said at some point he has to be able to throw the damn ball. That was in reference to a question about 3 not letting plays develop before bailing and running.
