I had some sirloins wrapped in bacon. I left it in the fridge about 2.5 hours. Just in a Ziploc.

Gosh, I might do this. Sirloins are perfect for marinating.

Does anyone have a good green bean casserole recipe that they have used I hear they're great, but haven't had one since I was little, and obviously back then, as a child, it wasn't my favorite.

not into marinating at all really. a roast maybe if i'm going to pressure cook it but a steak on the grill? nope.

and nah - it was at a place in fairbanks that guy f (food network) went to for deserts and while there i hit all the food network places. in short, guy lies. A LOT. but this place *was* the bomb. and yea, pretty much a standard chicken fry but w/prime rib. you gotta be careful on fat content however.
