I go with the kid from Arkansas if he's available in Round 1. Give me a CB with all of the measurables. You can't teach speed.

Edit: I just got a look at Usama Young's numbers. He doesn't need to get any faster.

I'm really not feeling a pick of Chris Houston. First I don't think we need to be looking for another #1 CB, which is what we'd be doing if we took one in the first round. Second, Houston doesn't have great agility times 11.06 combined compared to top guys like Hall - 10.57, Revis - 10.64, and Ross - 10.87. The 11.06 time isn't awful, but isn't what you look for in an elite CB, guys like Newman, Bailey and D'Angelo Hall have combined scores of around 10.35. Houston really feels more like a #2 CB to me. I know a lot of people talk about how he shut down guys like Bowe, Meachem and Jarrett but against common opponents he was one of the worst CBs in the SEC in head to head match-ups. Combined with the fact that he allowed 14.16 yards per catch and 6 TDs when people give Aaron Ross crap for his poor play and he gave up 13.7 YPC and 5 TDs. Ross is a very strong CB (27 reps I think) who was able to really dominate in press coverage but against elite WRs who have perfected their release moves I think he could struggle. Place Houston on a #2 WR and he may be able to shut them down, but he scares me as a #1.

Houston doesn't seem to have the instincts.
