I think the majority of owners will take their time to read the fine print; this is exactly what happened in 2006- so eager to get a deal most of them did not look it over carefully enough.

Free agency is gonna be a madhouse for a couple of weeks. I hope the Jones' have been in contact with the agents of Dallas FA's; it will be difficult to negotiate with your own and potential other FA's over a matter of just days.
