CBS: 2023 QB Power Rankings

Drew Brees led the league in interceptions TWICE….. I will await your rebuttal.
yep and everyones fan favorite in here Tony romo led it once, Matt stafford led the league in int's the year the rams won super bowl. There is always a reason whya QB leads the league in that stat. Sometimes its poor throws and poor reads and sometimes there are other contributing factors

LOL - If we got offered Trevor Lawrence Jerry would carry Dak's bags to the airport...

And I'd hold the door for him.
way to go out on the limb there. there are probably 30 teams and teams fans that could say something similar. The kids is young and has all the tools and was a #1 draft pick for a reason put playmakers around him and hell succeed as hes done his entire football playing days. That being said the cowboys lucked into the last 2 QBs and we can still win with the one we have

Rankings here

Murray is way too high
Dak is behind Jimmy G, Purdy, Carr, Smith, Cousins, Stafford and maybe Watson

There’s 1 super elite win with whatever QB (Mahomes)
1 guys who’s another deep playoff season away from being a super elite win with whatever guy (Burrow)
4* guys with the all around talent to be in that Mahomes tier (Allen, Herbert, Lawrence, *Rodgers if you believe he hasn’t fallen off much physically)
3 guys who are superior athletes with the ability to throw but not quite elite throwers yet (Hurts, Jackson, Watson)
5 guys who are good to very across the board but not really elite at anything (Dak, Cousins, Geno, Goff, Carr)
4 guys who have some elite qualities but due to size, injury, and/or fall-off are now question marks (Murray, Wilson, Tua, Stafford)
4 outside looking in (Daniel Jones, Garrapolo, Tannehill, Mac Jones)

18 total guys you can win with, they just need varying levels of support. 4 guys who if you squint could do it, but they need it all to be absolutely perfect. Anyone not named above is not a starting caliber guy for more than a year or so, excluding Rooks obviously.

I find that it’s not necessarily a ranked order, just different tiers of support needed to win.
Actually Mahommes needs help too.

Yep good QBs can throw a lot of picks sometimes, it’s happened all throughout history. Ppl just want to run with narratives
