If this happens I hope Jerry goes ahead and cuts Garrett loose and try and salvage the season and not let Garrett ruin another season...........maybe he saw Garrett's fingerprints on the saints loss......it looked exactly like the Garrett/linehan offenses we've watched for years.

So you just make things up to try and prove a point. Sounds like my wife

I'm a little surprised that you're not aware that Kris Richard calls the defense on game day.
Your wife issues are your problem, and yours alone.

Rod is essentially a tutor for Richard, teaching him how to game plan during the week (gasp).
However, on game days, Rod is nothing more than a defensive line coach.

I hope we lose, just to see how many people come on here and say it was a good loss.

So you are rooting for the Cowboys to lose just so you can see what random people around the world say about the loss? So weird. Am I the only person in the world who roots for the Cowboys to win football games? When someone asks you who you root for what is your response? I'm genuinely excited to hear this.

Rod is teaching him how to game-plan?
Wasn't he the DC of the Seahawks for a few years?
He doesn't know how to game-plan?
Or is it, like Garrett likes to say: a collaborative effort?
I wonder how much Coach Garrett "collaborated" in the O's game-plan for last week?

Nope.

Worst thing for Rodgers is that Dallas lost at NO. The Cowboys will come out sharp and focused on offense, and the defense is getting healthier and are already playing at a high level.

Dallas 30
GB 17
..Bwahahaha.......yup, yup. NO woke up the sleeping giant. Time for 40 burger.

He has never been a dc. Only a defensive backs coach

Maybe I lacked the wording to get my point across.
Rod has been/is a DC.
Richard is not and has never been a DC.
However, he calls the game. Maybe I should've just called Rod a mentor to Richard. Better?

Yessir. I could have probably tried to have done better job taking the big picture of your point over the minutiae.

Edit: Richard was really and truly the Seahawk's DC for a few years.

Right.

Richard calls the stunts, blitzes, coverage... everything.
He also keeps the, maybe, best db on the team on the sideline in Jourdan Lewis
because of his lack of height.

Not sure how different you think the defense would look if he were the DC.
I bet we get to see that next year. I predict they promote him and add the
assistant HC label in hopes of keeping him in town.

The Packers are going to try and do the same thing the Saints did. Control the clock and hope to grind it out in the end. I hope the team is ready this time.

Rodgers owns the Cowboys in the 4th quarter, no matter who is at QB he always finds a way to win late in the game. Which will make me nervous if the game is still close in the 4th quarter.
